2009 has seen a steady stream of performances by the Concert Band in and around Alnwick to the enjoyment of both the Players and our audiences. Below are the main performances of the year with one major concert still to come in November 2009.

This concert was extremely well attended by parents and pupils who benefit hugely from the enthusiasm of Eric Grassner who runs a very successful music programme at the school. We all enjoyed sveral performances

Although a cool cloudy day the music sparkled as a select group played for the guests and friends at Howick Hall's annual Fete. We received a grateful letter of thanks and a donation to the Band's funds. More photos

A small group of parents enthusiastically attended our concert in July.

A brilliant sunny afternoon at Lesbury helped everyone enjoy a traditional Garden Party at the vicarage. This is an annual event and we have been performing tnere for ten years now. There was almost a full band turnout, much to the surprise of Ray.......

The threat of rain saw us under a gazeebo for the celebrations of 700 years of the Percy family at Alnwick Castle. A huge crowd attended the weekend with a good audience listening to us as they wandered around.
